The hotel was clean but in the room, one expects amenities that shouldn't be subpar. The pillow covers were torn and mattress was uncomfortable.

The best stay in Patna, Believe me if you want to visit Patna someday, Go to Palm Bliss. This is not a paid review. I would like to thank Mr Krishna Mishra. I was initially scared, with all the reviews named Krishna Mishra, but now I know why. Thanks to Krishna Mishra, for such a great hospitality.

We are travellers who have stayed in soooo many hotels but this has to be one of the worst ones ever. Not only is the staff incompetent and arrogant the entire hotel is infiltrated with mosquitoes. They take forever to cater to requests. We had to call 8 times just to get one all out in the room since there were over 100 mosquitoes in the corridors that were entering the room through the gaps. To make the experience worse, the watchman (without the manager’s knowledge) called us in our room at 11 PM to move our car stating that there was no space for other cars. This happened after we had asked the watchman while parking the car if it’s okay. When we went down to move the car - 6 other cars could’ve been parked there easily. They just like harassing their guests. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE - the only thing you will get is malaria and dengue.

Location is good as most of the good restraunts and shopping options are also there within 2-3kms of range. Services are also fine but they’re 24hrs. Card blocking is something I have experienced there which I feel is not needed if customer is staying for more then a day, we were not informed about it and had to run to reception when we were not able to get in after multiple attempts. Food is very average and can be better. Overall stay was fine but best part was location as most of the places weee quite close within 15-30mins of travel like airport as well.
